Ingredients
- ¾ oz. Larceny Bourbon
- ¾ oz. Aperol®
- ¾ oz. Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients in a
shaker. Add ice and shake until
well chilled and frothy. - 2 Strain cocktail into a chilled
coupe or cocktail glass. - 3 Garnish with a paper plane
(optional).
Forbidden Sour
Cold, dense ice is ideal for cocktails like a sour, because it chills and dilutes predictably and evenly whether shaken or stirred.

- 1 Build over ice in your favorite mule mug
- 2 Garnish with lime wheel or wedge and mint leaves
